On PocketPC I can create today screen items, but on smart phone this seems to work quite different. Instead, some xml is selected of form <name>.home.xml. This xml contains references to GUID id's.

I have a routine that calls the lineSetEquipmentState function to turn on and off the phone transmitter. This function works great when called from an executable program, but it fails and returns LINEERR_OPERATIONUNAVAIL when called from a homescreen dll plugin.
