well after 3 spv handsets and constant battles with dodgy ansafone
behaviour, orange have been slightly helpful and given me a free upgrade to
the moto mpx200 - and let me do it a month early. maybe they do care - a
little bit :-)

I am new to the news group and to my new MPx200 smartphone.  I am a
developer and I would like to know what you think might be useful software
for the MPx200 and/or other MS smartphone platforms.
I am also interested in links to software for the platform, retail or free.

I have been told that there will be a new Motorola smartphone soon with
built in camera and Bluetooth and run 2003 and also in a clamshell/flip
phone.

Well, I decided to try a new handset to see if the voice quality problems go

My new i600 is now frozen on the splash screen...how do i perform a
hard reset? I imagine it's some combination of buttons at startup, but
which ones? thanks!

To use the voice activated dialing, in the instructions it says something
about pressing the "record" key on the home screen.  I don't see any "record
key" while on the home screen.  I don't know what they are talking about,
and I suspect they are not too sure either.

I screwed up (I assume) :-(
All I get is option of Canary screen or Boot Loader menu. Is there any way
out of this?
