MPx200 locks up, can't power on29 Feb 2004 22:40 GMT7
My MPx200 today had an odd and disappointing turn of events.
It started out with the phone hanging.  I could not power it off, so I
pulled the battery, and then waited before reinserting it.
Upon re-inserting it, the phone by itself powered on, but would not

USB modem - thanks Arne Hess28 Feb 2004 06:42 GMT3
Just a quick note of thanks for an article explaining with incredible
clarity how to set up a Smartphone  as a USB modem - it even includes a
download link for the driver (it was written for 2002 and it worked for my
E200).
Who Gets Web Surfing Blame?28 Feb 2004 06:09 GMT2
Anyone who has an i600 using Verizon's network has seen more "Alert!
This page cannot be found!" messages than actual web pages. Hotmail is
inaccessible, Exchange server is completely inaccessible, most web
pages choke with this message, etc. Rumor has it that it is Verizon's

Suggestion to improve bad E200 battery life28 Feb 2004 00:18 GMT1
Would it be possible to have the E200 only turn Bluetooth on (which drains
my battery so much I can only get 8 hours of standby!) when a call is being
received or made?  Sure, this would disable pressing the answer key from the
Bluetooth headset, but that's about all.
