I was a user of i-mate Smartphone for past 5 months and really like it. This prompted me to buy i-mate Smartphone 2 bcos I wanted a camera phone. I bought it few days back. I was using a 512 SD card memory with my Smartphone and it worked well.

When using Smartphone 2003, after about 30 seconds the keypad light goes out and the keyboard goes to sleep. Similar to a screen saver. You must press a key (any key) to re-activate the keyboard. This is driving me insane, sometimes the phone is slow to respond and I don't know ...

Does anyone know the sound setting that controls the 'clank' that accompanies a sub-menu of an existing displayed menu? I've turned most of those sort of sounds right down, or off, but this one still sounds and is quite obtrusively loud.
