1) Where can I find a (simple) definition of what currently constitutes a "smart" phone? 2) Does a Nokia 6360 qualify? 3) Does a Samsung X 426 qualify?

Can anyone get the Samsung i600 to work with Hotmail using Verizon? Verizon's data network seems more worthless than using dialup to download video. Virtually all web sites yield "page not found" errors and I can't get Hotmail to work or login via passport for the same
