I cannot perform my 2003 upgrade on my i600 because the phone is only
"visible" to the computer when it is in ActiveSync mode. When I switch to
"External Data Call" per the Samsung instructions, it shows as not
connected, and will not allow me to run through the upgrade. The phone

I was wondering if anyone had a good way to meter data usage on their WM2003
i600?  With the new upgrade I am using the data stuff more often and want to
know how much I use.

I really like PocketPC 2003 but dislike Windows Mobile Smartphone.  I like
the SCH-i600's size and clamshell case.  If they made a clamshell version of
a PocketPC 2003 I think they'd have the ultimate platform.  Does anyone know
of any units like that in the works?

I have upgrade my I600 with WM2003.  Everything appears to work great.
including several email accounts to include, SMS, ActiveSync, and Exchange
SErver.
However, I noticed that teh SMS Tools no longer works.  IT will not delete,

My phone battery was low this morning so I plugged in my phone to the wall
charger today (phone was on) and the battery indicator did not change to
show that it was connected to a sync cable.  I tried it on my PC and Active
Sync started up so I know the port is working, but again, ...

Does anyone find the volume level with the i600 and the Samsung earbuds to
be les than overwelming?
Likewise the speakerphone is practically worthless outdoors or in a noisy
area.

Has anyone else noticed a battery life upgrade with the new OS?  I
especially notice it with Windows Messenger and Web Browsing.  Before it
seemed like my battery would drain in 10 minutes of browsing where now i can
simply go and go without killing it...
