While trying to update my Orange SPV E200 firmware I getting the error
message "Error 100: Incompatible Image" and it asks me to download a
compatible firmware update from my own country's website. Except that is
exactly the firmware I am using (ie Orange UK).

I have hit a wall here and need some help.  I backed up the i700 in
ActiveSync and then I upgraded the OS successfully.
1st problem:  The new OS rejected my backup file as it was from an earlier
OS and not compatible.
