Does the SPV 500 needs to be decert like the 100 used to be. If so how do

On my Audiovox smt5600 there is a Favorites Managment option with the
"resources management" folder, from the start menu.  The help screen says
that this controls the order in which programs are listed from the Home
page, but I have yet to figure out how to see it from my Home ...

I have an SPV C500 with about 800 SMS messages on its storage card
that I would like to back up to my PC, ideally as plain text files.
I've explored the device via ActiveSync but cannot find an obvious
place where this data might be stored.

I saw the upgrade for active sync on the website yesterday and I downloaded
it. I tried installing it, and it hung at the 92% mark.  After quite a long
timeout, it came back with a message saying it could not copy or write
wusbxxxxx.inf (or something similar) and I should reboot ...

I have tried to get Activesync to work over Bluetooth with no success. I
have tried two desktops. One with WIndows 2000 and one with XP pro SP2. I
upgraded both to Activesync 3.8. I can do Activesync over the USB cable with
no problems. Bluetooth on both machines can see the phone ...

I have recently upgraded my MPx200 to WM2003, which supported the dutch language in T9.
However, I have not succeeded in entering punctuation in T9 mode..
also the ''start capital''  mode is unfindable.
Can anyone help me out here?

I've just ordered my imate sp3 (first venture into smartphones) and am
expecting it any day now.  I have one query though,
I use my phone for both work and personal, but I just use outlook for work,
is there any way I can have it so only certain contacts on my phone sync up

I have two Motorola phones: A V180 for my wife and an MPx220 for me.  When
choosing phones, both have a checkbox for voice activated calling.  For the
V180, the "contacts" have a "voice name" where you store the name, then you
create a shortcut to it, and whala... say the name ...

Does anyone use this with their GPS system.  Is it any good?

I am currently on my second mpx-220.  The microphone failed in the first one
and it just failed in the second one today.  I am considering returning it
and replacing it with an SMT 5600.
Has anyone compared the two and what you recommend?

Is there **really** a noticable read or write speed difference in the 32X
