does anyone know how to use the H6315 as a modem for a pc?

I have a miniSD card for my Audiovox SMT-5600, which I can only access by
removing the battery, as many of you may know.  Every time I remove the
battery, the date/time resets to 9/20/2004 at Noon.  Is there any way to
stop this, or even better, have the clock synch with the cell ...

I just bought an AudioVox 5600 and am trying to synch with our corporate
Exchange 2003 server to download my email and calendar. I'm using ActiveSync
3.8 (via USB), and thus far am not having any success. I keep getting the
