I have an Orange SPV M1000.  When I charged it last on the travel charger

I see that I can reorganize my Start menu by moving shortcuts into different
folders. I've moved infrequently accessed shortcuts into secondary folders.
I have a few questions though:
1. How can I determine the order of shortcuts in the Start Menu? I can see
