I have been given the task of finding a solution for our IT Helpdesk team
(3-8 users).
We have Exchange 2003 running, and need to be able to have all helpdesk
emails sent to out team.

Why, oh WHY, does every call I make default to MUTE ON? Tis most
annoying to have to switch mute to off and speakerphone to on to hear
anything.
Any help would be most appreciated.

i am trying to sync my Audiovox 5600 with my WinXP service pack 1.
i have already gotten both devices to recognize one another.
but the Activesync instructions that i've seen have all been for SP2.
i am running Activesync 4.0 right now.

I upgraded from my old Ipaq 4500 series to the Audiovox Smartphone and I
love it with the exception of the lack of syncing voice recordings.
What's up with that?

I reveived word today from Audiovox that they will not be making the upgrade
to Windows Mobile 5.0 available to current owners of the Audiovox smt5600.
They cliam the new software will cause issues with the phones memory.  Has
anyone heard this?  Also has anyone installed the OS ...

I have suddenly started to have shutdown problems with my Orange SPV C500.
The only way I can power off is by holding down the on/off button for 60
seconds.
