We are using K-Jam smartphones that were working fine until we added Service

I have a PocketPC Phone Edition. I have a problem that the data is deleted
from the storage card after a day.
I replaced a new SD card, copy the data over  but it happens the same.

When using Microsoft's Portrait, I have not been able to activate any of the

Does anyone know why when you have your device connected to your pc and you
write a note in Outlook it defaults to calling it just "Note"??
If you write a note with the device not connected it calls it by the first
line of the note,  and transfers it to the device with that title.
