Motorola q With windows mobile 5 media player wont play mpegs or avi's anywhere to get codecs or other applications that will play them besides pockettv? It says not digitally signed. Thanks to anyone for help. Gary

The newer version of windows mobile on my new Motorola "Q" phone has no options for editing, taking notes, or using dates for the "Task" function. Has anyone had a similar problem with windows mobile with any other phone, or is it something I'm not doing properly? On the earlier ...

Anybody know how to make a video appear in true full screen mode in playback on Windows Mobile media player? When I choose full screen during playback, there are black borders on the top and bottom of the video. I'm using an SDA smart phone.

Hey guys, I recently got a pocket PC phone with GPS running WM5. Everything works fine except voicemail notification. I don't get any notification while I have new voicemail. I am on Cingular plan but I am quite sure it is not Cingular

The update enables direct push wireless e-mail and has a new connection manager screen. I will post back here if I find more stuff. Warning the update does wipe out all the data and applications on the phone so don't do the update unless you have time to reinstall.

Is it possible to change the rating of a song via Windows Media Player Mobile 2005? This would then update the files stored on my computer when I next performed a sync. I suspect not, but this would be a really useful feature as I listen to most of my music via my phone.

Win Mob 2003 SE. When a program is closed - it doesn't. It remains in memory & drains the battery. Any ideas as to why MS would design a portable version of windows this way? Is there a patch somewhere to correct it?
