Our service engineer needs to have the capability to download new software
from our website directly to his smartphone, so he can upload it to embedded
controllers on the customer's site.

I try to run a Compact Framework 2.0 application on my WM 5.0 smartphone
(service pack:5.322.2.0).
The problem is I get an error explaining that my smartphone doesn't run the
good Compact Framework version.

Does anyone know how to configure ActiveSYnch to start and stay minimised
tot he system tray. I know that when you click the "X" it will minimise tot
he sytem tray but surely it is better for a utility such as this to stay out
the way unless it has omething to say!

I don't have a smartphone, but have written a free (open-source) web
interface to a commercial application that could conceivably be of use
