Apologies if this has been answered before, but a Google Groups search has

with one exception:  I cannot work out how to synchronise my Outlook Notes

I've accepted the fact that until I upgrade our Exchange server to 2003
SP2, we won't be doing any ActiveSyncing via the server, but only from
the PC.
But that's not the worst of my problems...
