In older versions of activesync (before 4) there was a folder with documents
that were syncronized. This folder has disappeared from my configuration. Is
this normal in activesync 4.2?

Just trying to see if there is an easier way once you have the contact
duplicates in outlook fixed stopping them from being duplicated on the

Does anyone know a way that you can set the display to automatically remain
on when operating on AC? The backlight can be set to detect battery or AC
operation, but the display has no such setting. Any work-around or utility
available?

I would like to buy either a Qtek 9100 or an HTC TyTN. Looking the specs the
main differences are the CPU (the TyTN is fatser), the camera and the case
(mainly the keyboard).

I recently purchased a Moto Q. One of the features that made this impacted

see familiar icons to launch these supposedly included apps. What am I
missing?

I got this smartphone (Samsung SGH-i320) as a gift few days ago. It has

I was looking on the internet if I can install a version of windows
office for mobile phones.

when making a data call between 2 mobile phones one of the phones
receives the LINECALLSTATE_CONNECTED before the other phone.  We've
seen two distinct cases:
1.) There is about a 12 second delay between receiving the connect on

I'm a new MotoQ user and when I open contacts and type in a letter to search
contacts it searches on *first name*, not last name.  I can find no menu
items to change this behavior -- which is somewhat useless.
So, how do I search my contacts by last name on a MotoQ?

Are there any ports or services that need to be open in order for exchange

I have a Motorola Q that functioned great until I upgraded the firmware.  
Now it cannot sync with my exchange server.  I get a support code error

I have Motorola Q running Windows Mobile 5.0.  My coroporate e-mail uses
Exchange 2003.  Occasionally when I delete an e-mail on my mobile device it
will not be deleted in Outlook on my desktop application even after a manual
