In older versions of activesync (before 4) there was a folder with documents that were syncronized. This folder has disappeared from my configuration. Is this normal in activesync 4.2? Oliver

I've had my WM/SP for about 2yrs now and only recently my programs have started running slow. So I checked my storage and memory, and it shows nearly 75% of available memory being used. I have no idea where? or how to correct it? I don't have anything set to run at Start-up and ...

This is the message I received earlier today from a Support Supervisor at Cingular. I know this gentlemen is mistaken but maybe not. Can someone at MS contact me to get the particulars so it can be passed on to a program/product manager for Mobile5?

Just trying to see if there is an easier way once you have the contact duplicates in outlook fixed stopping them from being duplicated on the device? Do I have to delete all 1000 from my device by hand and then sync...come on microsoft..I need you

Does anyone know a way that you can set the display to automatically remain on when operating on AC? The backlight can be set to detect battery or AC operation, but the display has no such setting. Any work-around or utility available?

I would like to buy either a Qtek 9100 or an HTC TyTN. Looking the specs the main differences are the CPU (the TyTN is fatser), the camera and the case (mainly the keyboard). I would like to ask is someone tried both and ask him about his expirience:

I recently purchased a Moto Q. One of the features that made this impacted this decision was the ability to use Pocket Word, Excel, PPT. Yet, I don't see familiar icons to launch these supposedly included apps. What am I missing?

I can't seem to get my Internet Explorer to use a wifi connection on my Cingular 8125 phone. It always wants to use the GPRS connection. I have looked through all the settings, connections, network cards etc. What am I missing?

I'm a new MotoQ user and when I open contacts and type in a letter to search contacts it searches on *first name*, not last name. I can find no menu items to change this behavior -- which is somewhat useless. So, how do I search my contacts by last name on a MotoQ?
