I have an MPx220 and on the front of the phone display there is an icon that appears that I cannot find in the instruction manual. It appears to the right at the top of the display next to the signal strength bars...the best way I can describe it is sort of like the letter "B" ...

Trying to sync with exchange server then got the pop up message saying "ActiveSync encountered a problem on server. Support Code: 86000108" It just happen this week without any reason. Outlook 2003 will not synchronize my Calendar & Contacts lists.
