In about 20% of emails that I try to reply to in the imap account, the
transmission fails.  The outgoing message stays in the outbox.  If I
remove the message from the outbox, then the send/receive function
works but fails if the message stays there.

all contacts. They have not be accepted.

This is completely illogical. Timezone's have nothing to do with how we
