After I install the MS WinCE4.2 QFE,  the htmlview.dll can't be generated,  
in ($_releasdirectory\WNCE420\($_releasedir)|cesysgen\oak\files\ceconfig.h

I have built two OSs.  The first was marked for development use, so I
included just about everything using the "New Platform Wizard".  The second,
my choices were more restrictive.

I encountered a strange problem when setting the date and time on my target
platform. Setting breakpoints in OEMSet/GetSystemTime shows that the
requested time is read/written correctly from/to the RTC. But it seems that
the values are confused somewhere on the way from the OEM ...
