i am to know the ways to connect an appication that is ruuning in windows ce
to connect with other embedded os like eCos, for that we have to create our
own device driver for this purpose, suppose i am using stream interface

When I was reading some referrence code on LCD display driver, I came across
the following code I don't have any diea.

Does anyone see this before? Is it ARM assembly code?

My platform has an external RTC connected via I2C bus (unfortunately my
SOC does not either have a hardware I2C controller! :-( and, of course,
I would like to load and store there the OS system time.

I'm looking for a simple hack (for a tradeshow demo) to start two apps
when the device starts up.  The first app is a third-party touchscreen
calibration utility and the 2nd app is one that we wrote.  (This is
running on CE 4.2 for an x86 platform.)

I use PB4.2. After I launch .msi file , this BSP can't show in PB main
windows "Catalog->Third Party". So I can't create a project with this BSP.
But this cec file show in dialog "Imported catalog Feature files".
And if I import a third party driver, the result is right,namely, ...

Could anyone give me an idea of compatibility between CE 4.2 and

We are defining a new device running CE 4.2 and I am looking into a
number of peripherals (to connect using CF/SD/USB). If a Pocket PC

I want to use the RemoteAdmin to configure the computer
through web, but I can't use the RemoteAdmin successfully.
When I typed http://<server IP>/remoteadmin, "HTTP 500 -
Internal Server error" occured.

The PB 4.2 documentation says the DCOMCNFG utility equivalent for CE is
provided in the DCOM samples section. I tried building it from the cmdline in
PB4.2 but it ends up building a library not an exe.  How do I get an exe so
that I can set my access for DCOM?

for my case,I use nCS3 as the chipselect of the usb host ISP1160 on PXA255
platform,it's phyaddr is 0x0c000000, how to set the arguments:

BusNumber:?

I am using a VIA's board and I try to use CE.net 4.2's CEPC bsp to build my
nk. But there is a little problem. When using hive-based registry, after
saving registry settings and power off then power on, my device would hang
on after boot loader and fail to enter the windows ...

Can anyone tell what is TTY sample native code app and what it is used for?
