Problem booting IXP422 Platform with CE 5.006 Apr 2005 08:34 GMT1
I have problems booting CE on our own hardware IXP422 64MB RAM CE 5.0 I have
the latest BSP from Intel installed
I get the following Messages on my terminal programm:

Our platform is a USB host and we have been experiencing problems with
IssueBulkTransfer() when requesting a bulk in or out transfer of 1K or more
in the drivers we are developing for a device. The problem is the same in CE
3.0 and 4.2 -we have not tried 5.0 yet.

Just started using WinCE 5.0.
Am trying to download and setup a thin client/CEPC on a desktop PC. I
have tried via the serial port as well as the ethernet port without any

have an application that uses two CEPC systems that are linked together via
Ethernet.  System A is set up with the file server to share its Compact

Now I modify the 91c96 nic driver in smsc netsite to my platform in CE4.2.
The init is passed, but the packets driver receives alwayls misses data,such
as status word/packetarrange or other data, so driver thinks it as bad
packet

They have a 4.2 BSP
Board is a headless XScale system.

In creating a simple build (CE5/x86,Internet Appliance/All defaults) when I
build I get the following towards the end:
I assume that I have a corrupt installation so reinstall required.
(Q) Any simple solutions to avoid reinstallation?
