I am unable to find WinCE File Wizard,
where is it located ?

How come NdisAllocateBufferPool() always returns success ?
I understand that NdisAllocateBufferPool() allocates certain amount of memory.
But, MSDN documentation states that this API always returns success.
Can someone clarify this.
