I make an EBoot.nb0. But though I have an multi-ice but I have no time to
make a program to program flash using multi-ice. I use a tool from Altera.
but the tool assists only intel hex file.
so I converted the EBoot.nb0 to the intel hex file.

Has anyone managed to create a custom DB with sort orders yet?.  I
can't get this working, as soon as the sort order is set in the create
it returns with oid of zero.  Anyone have a working sample or know
where to find one?.  Should be simpler than it is, seems more involved
