I set default language of my platform to Russian, but Explorer's Menu is
displayed in English....
Because Windows CE 5.0 does not include Russian language Resouces...Is Right?
So, It's too hard to find companies supporting or selling Russian language

I am developing a CE 5.0 image for a Kiosk application using the VIA EPIA PD
(Mini ITX) board.  For the most part it's been developing smoothly.  One
difficulty is in implementing a persistent registry store.

Does anyone has an idea why the ping from Germany with my CE Device placed in
China takes about 600 ms while with the same device when I work in Germany
takes only 20-30 ms.

Well Internet explorer seems to be next on the list for me, firstly the text
spacing is different to IE on wince 4.2, the advanced tab is a lot different
on ce 5.0 than it is on 4.2 there are more options in 5.0.  What is worrying
