Looking for suggestions.
ARMV4I build, CE 5.0.
An application was locking up the entire GUI after a period of time
(overnight in this case). One could touch the taskbar and see the start of

Reference to the PXA270's UCB1400 touch driver, may I know when will the
timer interrupt being cleared?
Will the timer be started if there is a bad sample?
It seems that my touch driver got stuck in the timer interrupt loop.

I'm working on a headless Windows CE 5.0 device. I'm developping a
Webserver-Interface on the HTTP server that WinCE provides. For this, I need
access to a SQL server through ADOCE.
The main porblem is that I can't afford to install SQLCE on the system like
use of Sleep in powerup/down routine15 May 2007 15:08 GMT4
I seem to remember there are some restrictions on use of certian system
calls when you are in powerup/powerdown routines.
Is it valid to call Sleep()?

I have a problem doing a kitl attach w/CE 6.0
My CE 5.0 kitl attach and down load works just fine so I assume my hardware
is fine. I am using the exact same setup with my CE 6.0 setup.
With CE 6.0 in VS I do a Target->connectivity options and it finds and
TFTP: Desktop losing ACK, block number = 39937, Ack again15 May 2007 14:29 GMT2
How do I fix this? I saw a message back in July of '05 with the same
problem. I am getting it now. The load is working, but getting the error is
not correct. Here is the message address:

I have a project that a wrapper DLL to a static library.
projdll depends on the static libary so I added the following to the
prelink.bat file for projdll:

Does anyone know the 'magic' compiler switch(es) under Windows CE 5.0
to enable VFP support for ARM11 (ARM1136JF-S / Freescale Mx31:
ARMV4I)?  I know from debug output in startup of the device that the
VFP is detected.  Do I need to override the OEM functions:

Is that true that WinCE 5.0 trail version can build CEPC and Emulator OS? If
I select other Platform, the options to Buld OS are grayed out.

Windows CE 5.0 .
but where / how to get support for CE 6.0 (email or phone)

I built an os image enable kitl with PB6.0. after  I downloaded  the image
to the target and the os ran ,I typed "mi proc" in the target control
command prompt just like following:

According to the MSDN i have created a devide driver with the FMD_
Functions, then a DLL which exports DSK prefixed Functions.

I've got a kernel that didn't include SYSGEN_CMD when it was built but I want
to run it now. I've used the BSP to built cmd.exe but when I copy it onto the
device and run it manually nothing happens. DependencyWalker shows it only
requires coredll.dll but I'm guessing a required ...
