I would like to communicate with SD driver on a Wince device (or emulator if
is possible) on the low level driver, means sending ACMD commands.

Does WinCE have these protocol : UDP  ICMP IGMP ARP CHAP PAP SSL  ?

I installed a driver on my mobile running Windows CE 4.20. When CPU
frequency is set to 400MHz, the driver cannot be loaded successfully. If I
set CPU frequency to 200MHz, I can see the driver from Remote Process Viewer
(click device.exe).
