I'm trying to modify any string from
C:\WINCE500\PUBLIC\COMMON\OAK\FILES\INTLTRNS\0804\common.str.
But the contents of the file couldn't be correctly shown at my PB editor.

I tryto use kitl to debug the image of device emulator of windows mobile,but
the result is so disappointed,
I have built a image of device emulator of windows mobile, clone the BSP of
DEVICEEMULATOR,change the set as follow:

Could someone tell me which port should I use for my Windows CE device to be
able to talk with it in both direction, that is i.e. connecting a modem?
I think a simple mini-USB slave can't work, coudl someone explain me what
port to install? (maybe a serial port like RS-232?)

I use ethenet KITL and when I dowload my OS image (debug) I receive an IP
address and when I start booting I receive another one for my VMINI adapter.
Under CE 5.0 both IP addesses were the same. Why do I receive different
addresses under CE 6.0?

Even after adding additional system components (including compression), the
boot problem persists.

                    i am a student of your's, i keep studying your
tutorials and solutions at Blogs. i am facing a problem while building the
image in Win CE 5.0, after installing the update of Dec 2006.

I am using DaVinci board DM6446 and WinCE 5.0.
As soon as the Bootloader executes, the execution of NK.bn starts and the
log that I get on Debugger contains this line.
Can any body explain me the reason as of why do we get this error...

I am using DaVinci DM644x board and WinCE 5.0. The Display driver is
VPBE(Vedio Processor Back End). When executed the Kernel image on Board the
Vedio out screen(TV in our case) displays the image in Black & White format.
So Anybody knows about how to change this settings to make ...

Could nayone point me how to get VID and PID of USB inserted in my Windows
