  Hot plug n play problem is being faced for a USB-to-serial device. When
the device is inserted to the USB Port, following messages are received:

I built an IP Phone Advanced. In that platform, I included Bluetooth module.
But when I checked the dll files in Target->CE Debug Zones menu, I didn't
find usbd.dll file.

I device running CE 5.0, and using HIVE file system.
My understanding is: by default all ICONs on desktop user modified during
the runtime will be gone if the system has been reset. (Power cycled), and
the ICONs will be back to the default as you build the OS.
