I am running a wince 5.0 on PXA255. When plugging a USB host to the Client port. WinCE recognizes the insertion and configures the port, opens pipes, etc. But, When the USB host is already plugged in port when WinCE boots-up.

Pocket pc 2003 SDK is used to build app on pocket pc. How can I retrieve the Windows CE Device ID? I found from msdn that KernelIoControl API can be used , but it doesn't seem available in pocekt pc 2003 sdk.
