I have some problems with Ticks, on some situation, the ticks is incremented
by approximatively 1000000 ticks on 20 seconds ! The result is that all
timeout expire.

I included the sample CELOGFLUSH Utility in my module. Then, i found that
the CELOG.clg file is being created new always when i boot my system. I
checked the CreateFile () option for creating this file as OPEN_ALWAYS.. not
create always. Is this CELOGFLIUSH is different from the ...

I modified the CELogFlush.exe to my custom requirement. After, that i could
see that my CELog.clg is created newly evrytime when i launch the Image.
Why is this not in the standard CELogFluch.exe, ?? I guess the sample source
code given is the same as that of standard exe...
