I have some problems with Ticks, on some situation, the ticks is incremented by approximatively 1000000 ticks on 20 seconds ! The result is that all timeout expire. Can you help me ?

I'm trying to develope an application on CE 4.2 Core device, using CF. Since I couldn't install CF2sp1 (it doesn't have the required dlls), I converted my large project to CF1. However, since the device lacks imgdecomp.dll, I cannot read images.
