I build an OS image for CEPC and I have included remote desktop connection in
my catalog list. However when I load the OS image to the CEPC, I run active

I think IME is used to change the language of a particulare SIP (e.g.
from English to French)?  Can someone suggest tutorials or articles on
how to develop an IME?

extensively with code page CP_UTF8.  This application works fine with
Windows CE 4.1 and 4.2 but when I call MultiByteToWideChar
with codepage CP_UTF8 on Windows CE 5.0, I get an INVALID PARAMETER
