Is there a known issue with Windows CE 4.2 always being 1 hour off when it
time syncs with an NTP server?
I'm seeing it on the Viewsonic V210, and it's making my life very difficult.

I am fresh out of college and new to everything embedded. I'm getting

I am picking up a slack of a software developer who was working on WindowsCE
5.0. I have little experience in CE programming. In the code i see lot of the
