We are working on a device driver which need to use DeviceIOCtrl .
The driver works well on most wince devices, but cann't on HP iPAQ hx2410 .
It seems that there is an IO cache on this hx2410. If there are less than 4
sectors been accessed, data will be returned from cache, not ...

I am using WinCE 4.2 and downloading image through using RS232 for promt, USB
(to down load Eboot.nb0) and Ethernet for Image.
I  Could not  download WinCE 5 image into device using same method as WinCE
4.2.
