How can i test the serial port ?

Can i use the WinCE TK for OAL functions testing?
One more thing i like confirm here is, Is it possible to use the WinCETK for testing Applications and Code Coverage?

Can anyone send me a compiled copy of the bluetooth sample "bthlink.dll",
provided by microsoft in the samples directory of the platform builder
(available in platform builder 4.2)?
The target CPU is ARM, preferably all types. I need the Bluetooth protocol

Can anybody tell me is CETK dependent on GWES?
Mine is a headless platform and GWES features are not yet implemented.
When I try o ping or to run clientside.exe from the prompt,It always asks me
"GWES not yet started.Do you want to continue?(y/n)Windows CE>y
