there is a list of available printer drivers in windows ce, and it says that
it is included on Windows CE 3.0, 4.x, and 5.0.  I installed windows ce 4.2

My platform is based on Samsung 2410 CPU, and the OS is WinCE 4.2.
I change my display driver to inherit from DDGPE and add DirectDraw
component into our OS image.
Is it enough if I hope our OS can support DirectDraw ?
