Having read the MSDN CETK info on this item, I have found that some of the pre-requisites are not available, specifically USBPERF.DLL I have not found a project that builds this item in either WINCE600 or 500, I have also not been able to locate a USBPERF.DLL binary.

When I go to install the Test Kit, I get the following error message: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

As per prerequisties for this USB Host controller driver test its specified that we require a CEPC with NetChip 2280 USB Host controller card. Is this card same as a inbuilt USB in the PC ?
