Does anyone know of API that would allow me to turn a monitor off from my
program. I would like to do this when I have not seen activity for some

It's been a few years since I have looked into eVB but now I have a project
where I may need it again.  I gave up on it the first time because I neede a
charting utility closer to the MSChart component in VB.  Have there been any
additions in that department in the past few years?  ...

I am using GetTickCount to time events that are marked by the user in
the Pocket PC.  This problem currently only occurs on one customers
Pocket PC, A Dell Axim X3, no other customers have reported this problem.
