I am the owner of two CE.net 4.1 devices; Aplux TIM2C and a Seimans SIMPad
SL4.  I would like to start writing programs for both of these devices.

is there a reason that i cannot open a text file in Read-only mode when the
file is already in use by another application?  is this not a very basic
ooperation of any o/s???  i get an error when attempting to open a
StreamReader( or TextReader, or BinaryReader ) on a text file ...

I'm using a embedded pc with Windows CE 3.0 (Build 126) an we are
getting a "Fatal Application Error"  when we (autorun) start a eVB
program.
This error occurs random. Sometimes we can start the computer 150 times

I have made the Jump and I am in the process of converting from evb3.0 to
VB.net.  Most of my code is now converted  with the old Comm Control  code
still remaining.
