Can I use the FileSystemObject without a form?

Well, i'm completely new in this world (WinCE development), i developt
something to smartphones and PDA, but this is completely new for me.

I have a device which is working in Win CE.
I have to port a C# program (For Eg: a webservice)in this device.
The program will work in the device(in Win CE) and web service will work.

I developed a DJ application around WMP. I have two sound card installed in
my machine. I use multiple instances of WMP to play differnt media file but
output goes to only one device.
Now I want, different (or atleast one) instances  of WMP to use another

I need to calculate the chi-square and inverse chi-square distributions in
VB6.0.
Do those functions exist in an add-in, or does anyone have a means of
accessing statistical functions that are part of excel?
