I create an eVC++ applicacion. It have a shorcut in Programs menu. The icon
is seeing bad, occcupying the upper-left corner, and rest is black and white

I am a recent user of this support tool.
And I think you should review and compare with the forums on the site
java.sun.com.
In my opinion they are more practical, more easy to use then more useful.
